Development of websites optimized for SEO and lead generation (“Smart Websites”)

SaaS platform for automation and commercial management

Custom sales funnels

Consulting, training, and technical support services

Access to our services is granted under a monthly subscription, depending on the plan you choose.

3. Subscription Model

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically through Stripe. Once the payment is made, you will have access to the service during the contracted period.
In the event that a payment fails, you will be notified automatically so you can complete it manually. During this time, you may have limited access until the payment is regularized.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, access to the service will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

No refunds are given for payments already processed.

The setup fee charge is non-refundable once 7 days have passed from the initial purchase.

5. Website Ownership

The websites we create for you belong to you. However, they are built and hosted within our platform. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can replicate the design and content on another platform on your own, as we do not offer automatic migrations or full exports.

6. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that engages in activities that:

Include illegal content or violate local or international laws

Involve platform abuse, hacking attempts, or spam distribution

We want to maintain a professional, safe, and ethical space for all our clients.

8. Limitation of Liability
